Welcome to Mind Body & Soul Massage Therapy. Erika graduated in 2005 from the esteemed National Holistic Institute with distinction. She began her professional career with the Four Seasons of Silicon Valley that same year and has been honing her craft while growing her private practice ever since. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports, Cupping Therapy, and Pre- NataI modalities. She is Reiki Levels I, II, III certified. Her approach to massage therapy is that the mind body soul connection needs multiple approaches and modalities to reach the desired goal. She customizes each session with the modalities she and the client feel are best fit for that day. Cancellation Policy
All services are Cash or Venmo ONLY at end of session. Credit Cards will only be charged in the occurrence of non compliance of 24-Hour Policy.
A 24-hour notice is required for cancelling and or/rescheduling all appointments. Less than 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment will result in a charge of 50% of scheduled service(s). Late arrivals will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed. Late arrivals will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. A No-Call or No-Show is charged 100% of the scheduled service.
